Wildmour K9

Kim is amazing! She trained our puppy for two weeks after she left the breeder on basic commands, crate-training, and house-training, which was a huge help as we brought her home. Now that our dog is an adult, we board her with Kim ~2/year and it is always a wonderful experience for her - lots of play and outdoor time as well as a chance to interact with other dogs. Kim also sends photos and videos, which is a nice touch.

I've had a wonderful experience working with Kim. With my background in service dogs, I recently started my own service dog organization, and the first person I reached out to was Kim—not only for advice but also to welcome one of her puppies into our program. Kim does an outstanding job with her puppies, showing incredible dedication and care. We started as associates, and over time, we have become great friends. I would trust her with anything.

I can’t thank Wildmour K9 enough for the incredible care they provided for my senior dog while I was away! Leaving my dog is never easy, but knowing she was in such compassionate and capable hands put me completely at ease. I can’t speak on Kim as a trainer, but I can speak on her as a breeder. Kim listed a litter of golden retrievers on GoodDog, where I showed a lot of interest in bringing home one of them. After a few days of messaging back and forth, I spoke to her on the phone for almost an hour and afterwards she said she would “love for my family to take home one of these girls”. She agreed to let me know which of 3 golden girls my family would be able to choose from a few days after the call, as she was going to keep one for her family. My family and I were extremely excited to take home one of the girls and I bought the food she mentioned, a bed, grooming supplies, and everything else you’d need for a new golden baby. I have the true pleasure of owning a dog whose early character was shaped by the owner of Wildmour Kennel! I can not give enough praise to the devotion and methods used at Wildmour to train dogs and people. My dog has the most wonderful temperament. I attribute much of her success to the early neurological training she received, as well as the early puppy training she was given at Wildmour. When she came home with me at 10 weeks, she was basically potty trained, leash and collar trained and focused trained. She knew how to play and she had "learned how to learn!' I am confident that I could participate in any dog sport due to her early training at Wildmour. Kim Matson, the owner and director of Wildmour Kennel is an accomplished, knowledgeable and well educated woman. She is highly
