I would recommend both Dr. Hall and Dr. Austin. They are both very sweet, and the entire team has been very respectful and gentle with my cat. They are thorough, while still making sure the experience is as stress-free and painless as possible for him. They took the time to listen to all of my questions, and it’s clear that they genuinely care about their patients. Both times I’ve brought my cat in, I’ve left feeling reassured and satisfied with the care he received.

Although my cat was treated and released for a very serious procedure ie.having an eye removed. All seems well so far (one week since procedure) someone during said procedure chopped my darling cats whiskers off on the same side when they could have been taped out of the way now not only is she blind on that side but has no awareness of her proximity to things she can't see. It would appear that someone didn't know much about cats that was involved or simply didn't care about my common yard cat to them . My little furrbaby

I took my little boy there for his annual checkup April of 2024. A month later I noticed something on his rear. Took him back to find out he had anal gland cancer. If a thorough exam had been done on him in April which should have included an anal exam as he was a senior dog I'm pretty sure this would have been detected. Very disappointed in this clinic. My options given was pretty pricey. And since he was 13 I couldn't see putting him through it either. I put my baby down in February of this year. My heart is broken and I don't recommend this practice at all.

Dr. Austin and her staff were so kind and knowledgeable! What a great experience for my new dog recently adopted. I am thankful for the expertise and caring the Doctor gave us. I Would highly recommend Massanutten Animal Clinic if you have a pet.

I had such a great experience with Massanutten Animal Clinic! They were able to see my dog same day even though we were brand-new clients, and they offered several options for appointment days and times, which made scheduling so easy. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and made both me and my dog feel completely at ease. What impressed me even more was the follow-up, they called the very next day to check on how he was doing and to make sure I fully understood how to give his medications without any confusion or complications. That level of care and attention is rare and truly appreciated. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a dependable, compassionate veterinary team!
