Heartland Veterinary Clinic

Just had dental work done on my 11 year old cat here. They treated her as we do with love and patience! She is home and doing better than ever now. Thank you Heartland!

Heartland is a wonderful place to take your fur babies. Dr. Arneson and Dr. Hunt are two of the most caring, knowledgeable, and compassionate vets we have seen. They both provide excellent quality care for your pets and take the time to answer your questions. The vet techs/assistants are also well trained and take really good care of your pet, creating a lower stress environment for your pets needs. Meanwhile, the front office staff are unmatched. Cassey goes the extra mile to schedule around the needs of you pet and the staff really take the time to listen and understand. They are always professional and they make sure you leave knowing you and your pet are cared for. I highly recommend them to anyone who values compassionate care combined with years of experience.

Unsure how “heart” could be used for this unfortunate practice. Dr. Hunt-Estrada had the bedside manner of Regina George with sighs, eye rolls and constant insistence that spending no less than $2500 for a routine visit warranted bad pet parenting. Because I work in healthcare, I joked that we wait until something is wrong to treat and she withdrew as not understanding the joke and proceeded to berate me on my pet parenting of my beautiful and healthy dogs. Having multiple dogs live well into old age and working as a healthcare professional myself, I will never understand this type of clinician behavior. My dogs are fine and just because I refuse to subscribe to your overpriced procedures in a lackluster clinic in which front desk staff are lethargic and seemingly tired of their mistreatme

This is not our normal vets office but our teacup chihuahua had a nasty looking spot near his anus and our vet couldn’t get him in told us to call this office. We did and the lady we spoke with had us send a picture to make sure it wasn’t a prolapse. She then showed the surgeon the picture who explained that it was just a ruptured cyst and explained how we could take care of it until our vet was able to see our dog the next day!!! They were so kind and sweet I can’t thank them enough for easing our minds and showing so much care for a dog that want even their patient!!!!

I love Dr. Arneson! He's a straight shooter with me! He always tells me what I'm looking at and so fourth! If you ever need a second opinion, or just a awesome vet clinic, please call them! Can't say enough good things about them!!
