Wildcat Pet Resort

I have taken my husky here for daycare and boarding many times over the last 4 years. Her stays have ranged from a few hours for daycare to two weeks at a time for boarding. I am an anxious person by nature and was extremely hesitant and worried several times when taking her for boarding as I thought she could be hurt or neglected, as I'm sure many other pet parents are concerned about. Elizabeth and her staff have proven time and time again that my dog is in good hands and is well taken care of when she is in their care. My dog LOVES going here and is always greeted with her name and smiles from the staff when she arrives. Left my dog Jericho at this place for a week was told I was going to receive updates throughout the week on how he was doing, not a single one until the last day when there was an incident, and have received multiple different stories about multiple dogs being involved from different staff members, and only two being involved. on top of all that he’s having stomach issues now because the person in the yard wasn’t attentive and let the dogs eat whatever they saw, making this 300$ stay almost a grand.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!! If you love them, turn around and run! This place is disgusting! I took my dog there for a few hours one time, when I picked him up he was full of caked on mud and had putrid dog slobbers all over him. On top of all that, the two girls I saw were rude and uncaring. They acted like they’d rather be somewhere else and completely oblivious that there were even dogs there they should have been watching. I’d give them a -10 if I could.

We consistently use Wildcat to board our three dogs when we leave town. The staff and manager are all incredibly friendly and take the time to learn your dogs name and personality. We have used their boarding and day care services and love that they have Sunday pick up hours for boarding. They do a great job on pairing our dogs in yards with similar dogs and leaves our animals exhausted from hours of playing every time we pick them up. We love that the dogs get to hangout with the daycare during their boarding stay as well. They also offer grooming through the place next door which is very handy for our dogs who shed and love to roll around in the mud on a wet day. Wildcat is also affordable and allows you to board multiple pets together that helps ease our dogs anxiety when we leave. They
