I LOVE this place! I had no idea I would become a bird or squirrel person, but when you offer a wild animal a healthy, high quality source of food, enrichment and/or shelter, you truly see how thankful they are for your help and kindness. This store is the place to go. Some stuff can be pricey, but there’s enough affordable goods to get you started. Plus the owner is lovely and can give you advice. She knows her stuff! All it takes is some nuts, guts and a little patience. You’ll look forward to waking up every day and going outside.

Absolutely stellar service! Visited 5/20/23 and was helped by Shon. I walked in with no knowledge but a desire to get started on feeding my local bird population. Left with wonderful high quality products and am already getting to know my local birds, so happy with my purchases! Shon took the time to walk me through the breadth of their offerings and helped me pick what I wanted to get started in my yard. I had my first bird visitors literally within an hour of getting my setup done! I'm already planning my next visit because I have so many things I'd still like to buy!

I know this is a chain, but the store is small and the service is great. The products are well thought out from the Bird’s perspective and it helps people like me get the right things. In this case it was a humming bird feeder that had a heater on it … the heater was made locally and it solves a big issue in freezing weather for Hummers year round. Plus it looks nice at night. The hummers love it!

The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. While you can certainly find basic wild bird feeding supplies for cheaper at Walmart or Fred Meyer, this place has a much wider selection of bird foods and feeders. You can get hot pepper laced bird seed cakes which will prevent squirrel issues, since the squirrels won't eat spicy things, yet the birds aren't bothered by it at all. The staff here can make recommendations of what to buy if you tell them which kind of birds you want to attract to your yard. Excellent shop promoting a wonderful hobby; definitely check it out.
