Wilco Farm Store

Took Finnegan in to pick out his birthday treatos and a new toy, and he left absolutely spoiled. The staff were ridiculously kind to him — pets, smiles, the whole VIP treatment. We also got to check out the baby chickies, which made the trip even better. Great selection, welcoming atmosphere, and genuinely friendly people. If your dog thinks they deserve a shopping spree, this is the place. Five stars.

Went in to buy a bag of whole oats and was told she needed to do a quantity check and while she was waiting to hear back from the warehouse she helped anther person, that was completely understandable but then when she confirmed they had it she told me to go to the back of the line so I could get it. I waited close to 5 minutes for her to check and then there were 5 more people in line. This particular Wilco has always had the worst customer service of any of them!

They have very good customer service with very knowledgeable employees. They have lots of info on how to take care of my chickens and how to feed them. I only wish they had a rewards program like Costal Farms.

I’ve been shopping at Wilco since the day they opened, and honestly, I’m not sure if I’m more loyal to them or they’re more loyal to me. Either way, it works. The customer service? Top-notch. The staff? Feels like the same friendly faces I saw on day one. Either they have the best employee retention on Earth or they’ve all found the fountain of youth in the feed aisle. Every time I go in, someone’s always nearby to help, whether I’m trying to find fly traps, tomato cages, or pretending I totally meant to spend an hour in the garden center. They’ve even stayed open a few minutes late for me while I was out wandering the plants like a kid in a candy store—now that’s customer service. I take our pomeranian there to get groomed. They do a great job. It's also a great place, nowadays, to check out the chick's and ducklings.
