Absolutely rude providers when you’re calling them I was rushed to be put on hold and I’m still currently on it and I just think it’s so rude to quickly run someone off the phone especially when I’m inquiring about my lost time pet. I feel disregarded & completely dismissed she wouldn’t even give me her name. It’s just heart breaking to treated so poorly over the phone I can only imagine what’s happening to the animals

I'm not sure if this is where you would leave a review for animal control, but this is for them. We found an in injured possum on the street right in front of our house. I called and they came and got it within 20 minutes! I'm so thankful for them! The poor thing was suffering out in the cold wind and it was so hard to watch. Looked like a head injury. Thank you Wichita animal control for your prompt service and for helping animals! 🙌

Is anyone looking for a 14 year old senior male cat? I have to surrender my cat Brody I can't no longer afford to take care of him? He is water bottle train he does not get in the trash he does not scratch furniture he does not beg for food he plays fetch like a dog he's a love bug he knows if you commands really smart do not give him cat canned food or cat treats it's bad for his teeth is that a little bit of gingivitis and he does have allergies and he's a little overweight other than that he's healthy and he's still really playful. Most disgusting shelter I’ve even seen. If I could give 0 stars I would!! Nobody cares about the poor dogs in this shelter and it’s very clear. So heartbreaking! they would rather kill the dogs than find homes and allow rescues to save these innocent souls. This shelter should be shut down!! Really disgusted and appalled with what I have seen.

DISGUSTING! All they want to do is kill. Had us drive 32 minutes after saying they could do something for us over the phone, just to tell me in person they had to make sure I wasn’t too stupid to identify an injury on an animal. Rude. eager to put an easily rehabilitatable animal to sleep for absolutely no reason. And, to the man working the front desk, maybe don’t make fun of somebody else until you learn how to say your R’s, sweetheart.
