Called about my 11 year old Frenchie busting her stitches open on a Saturday after having surgery on a paw. They got me in within 30 mins. The vet techs, and doctor were extremely kind and supportive in answering all my questions and concerns. This is my first time going to an after hours urgent care for my dogs, I highly recommend them for non life threatening needs. I will 10000% recommend them to anyone. Thank you to the Vet techs and Doctor for being there to support animals and their families. We are incredibly grateful for you all.

Excellent experience for an urgent vet visit! We were taken in almost immediately after check-in. The exam room was clean and comfortable, and both the vet tech and Dr. Pauly were professional, friendly, and reassuring. The entire visit took about 45 minutes, and they quickly diagnosed our dog with “swimmer’s tail,” which made sense since she’s a very active water retriever. The cost for the office visit and medication was very reasonable. This clinic is a fantastic option for times when you can’t get into your regular vet—especially after hours or on weekends. I drove 300 miles to get here, impressed, elated, ecstatic, this place was modern, it was clean, I felt good walking in the door. My pup walked right in, friendly and the best part is we actually figured out a solution to my poor little dogs ear infections. I’ve been to the vet near my hometown five maybe six times over these ear infections with no lasting relief. You can trust these guys here I do and if I can ever come back here, I certainly will. Thank you so very much you guys saved my life. You save my dog’s life and I just couldn’t be more appreciative of the work that you did thank you.

I rescued this sweet stray boy who was with two other strays including a mother cat with three kittens (still on the street and needing rescued). He clearly had respiratory issues so later that evening went to Urgent Vet to get him treated on a Saturday so he didn't have to wait for treatment on Monday. I found Urgent Vet to be very prompt with their service and helped me with checking in. He was quickly examined and treated and options were discussed with me. They were very caring and professional. I went in today with my highly-reactive dog (she’s alll bark/no bite). I went to the website first and registered for an appointment and could select the time. We were there in 30 minutes and met at the door, even though there’s a sign-in kiosk. With my dog loud-barking they hustled us to a room and we were seen immediately. Everyone handled Josie beautifully (she even forgot to bark a few times). They were very thorough, treated Josie, and sent us on our way quickly. Loved the staff and the whole setup. Highly recommend.
