I can’t praise this store more. The staff is amazing and the management team is so kind and professional. They are always willing to help if the dog food doesn’t agree with your dog. The hometown service is perfection at this store.

The staff went above and beyond to help me with my dog. They even gave her som treats to calm her while getting her fitted for a muzzle. By far the best customer service and care for my pup.

These people were amazing and so helpful. I had a lot of questions that they were more than willing to answer. They also made my dog and I very comfortable. This is the best pet store I have ever gone to. I felt like they really cared about the health of my dog! And every worker in the store greeted us with excitement. Thank you again to everyone that made our visit so welcoming.

My wife sent me in to change our dog food to a new brand. I was greeted by Sandy. She recommended 2 brands and I chose 1 because of the ingredients. She was helpful and knew her products. My rescue loved the new food. She also sold me treats and a new toy. I must say it's nice walking into a business where employees look happy. I also swung by the animal room. The animals were clean and had nice cages with toys. Looks like they are well taken care of. Sandy mentioned they have a pet clinic once a month and grooming. I was truly impressed with this business.

The kindest people you will ever meet work here. I have brought my dog here a few times now for their “toenail Tuesday” events. She does not like having this done, and saying she goes crazy is an understatement. However I’m never asked to leave. The lady who trims her nails is so kind and patient. She does whatever it takes to get the job done and is so nice to me and my puppy through the entire process. (If you’re the groomer who helps me with Pumpkin and you’re reading this, THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!!!) I can’t recommend this place enough. Everyone that works here is so sweet and helpful with whatever you and your pet(s) need!❤️
