Whole Pet - Springdale

Will absolutely be going back. They were so kind to my sweet girl which means a lot to an anxious pet parent. They did such a good job, she looks like a teddy bear! I’ve put before and after photos (bandana being the after)

I don’t normally leave negative reviews as I like to promote my positive experiences and leave the rest alone. That being said I can’t continue to ignore the past few experiences with this store. What’s most upsetting is the condescending attitude toward the choices we make outside this store. Instead of mutual respect and guidance, we’re met with judgment and unsolicited opinions about our pet care. That alone has deterred us from patronizing this business. Until changes are made, we’ll be sticking with other local co-ops or Hollywood Feed, where we feel respected and the shelves are consistently stocked.

my pup gets really anxious and bad when he goes out in public, the staff at whole pet were 10/10 nice and super supportive with us. They gave me the best tips ever and they even gave us some sample treats my pup loved. They got very good quality food, great staff and great quality toys, my dog would mess up his toys within 1hr of playing with it, and so far it’s been a couple of hours and no damage done as of yet😆. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone, the staff, the groomer and the owner Steve are the nicest people ever. Go support local businesses!

This isThis is a cute little pet store. They have so many wonderful options for cats and dogs. However, you won't find much for any other pet. They used to have fish, worms, crickets... etc, but not anymore. They are focused on meeting the needs of cats and dogs. a cute little pet store.

Amazing staff and service! This is the third place I have taken my Shihtzu to get groomed...I don't know why it wasn't the first. Two other groomers only bathed him and said they could not groom him without hurting him because he is so energetic. Well here at Whole Pet in Springdale my baby with all of his energy was very well groomed. His nails are trimmed and he no longer has bear claws. They are very affordable, super friendly and know what they are doing. I will definitely be back as long as I have a pet.
