I’m sorry, I don’t usually leave reviews but I have genuinely never spoken to anyone as rude as the owner of this place. We got a call back where she was basically yelling at us over a miscommunication that wasn’t our fault, they accepted our dog at drop off, asked us what we wanted done to her hair, then called back mad we dropped our dog off. Why accept her in the first place then? We had to drive back to pick her up when they could have just told us that they had never confirmed our appointment WHICH WE WERE NOT AWARE OF! They had a miscommunication between their staff then blamed us. This would have been totally fine if we would have gotten a call back kindly explaining that our appointment actually hadnt been approved instead of yelling at us. Do better, be kinder, you are an adult an

I have taken my Bernese Mountain Dog and Golden Retriever to Heather many times and she has always done an excellent job! Very fair pricing, very kind, and talented at what she does. My dogs always look so cute afterwards!

Amazing experience! Heather and her crew did a perfect job on our timid Phantom Golden Doodle. Everything from head to tail, my pup looks and feels so much better. Highly recommend!

Heather is an exceptional groomer and caring person. She cuts how you want it and loves our pets as if they are her's. I have been going to her for about 3/4 yrs. My 3 dogs love her and never throws a fit going to her.
