I would give this place zero stars if I could. I called at 2 o’clock in the morning because my dog was having back leg spasms and could not sit or lay down and I was told this was serious to bring him in no problem at all. I’ll do anything for my dog. I get there at 3 AM and I’ll admit there were probably 4 to 5 people there they check his vitals and get them into the room and I’m there waiting for 2 1/2 hours before I eventually walk out. As I’m about to leave a tech comes out and says I’m sorry that Doctors’s coming out of her procedure. Which was a complete lie at that point I was the only person left in the facility and I think they just actually forgot about me. I told the tech somebody could’ve least told me that there was gonna be a long wait or that the doctor was in a procedure. S

Unfortunately we lost our pup last week, but AESC provided him with excellent care and tried everything they could to save him. They got him into the back as soon as we arrived, and they allowed us to sit by his side for the 7~8 hours it took to stabilize him for surgery (they even gave him a little crib with blankets to keep him comfortable). We knew from the start that the prognosis was likely poor, so we were able to use that precious time to say our goodbyes. Thank you Dr. Taylor and team for giving us the best goodbye that we could have with our baby.

I cannot say enough good things about AESC and their amazing staff! We have a miniature dachshund that unfortunately contracted parvo despite vaccination. We were devastated when he tested positive but the care members discussed treatment options and were encouraging the entire time. Outpatient treatment was not working well for our boy so we eventually had to do the in patient route. We are so glad that we did. Parvo is scary and it is a 50/50 on life and death of a pup. Our boy wouldn’t be here today if we wouldn’t have decided to do in patient. Within 20 hours of his 48 hours he was back to eating, drinking, and happy to see us during our visit! Thank you AESC for saving our boys life and doing all the amazing work you do! Our Mr. Weenie

Exceptional care for my little Yuuki. ❤️ Everybody that we spoke with was phenomenal and treated my little guy like a family member. I loved that they were very accommodating with our visits and phone calls to check on him. The staff worked with me despite how grim our situation, they did not push for euthanasia whenever I was adamantly against it. I am very grateful to have been blessed with more time with my baby ❤️🐾

The wait time is unbearable and I didn’t feel like we were a priority in the 6 hours we had to wait to be seen. We were told a wait time would be 3-4 hours and were there for a total of 10. The mental stress, exhaustion and worry of waiting to be seen that long is awful. Because my pet didn’t have a fever she wasn’t deemed critical enough even though she’d been vomiting for 6 days straight, sometimes 10+ times a day and had recently come from another hospital. The place that sent me here literally told me she was on the verge of liver failure (which ended up not being the case, but thinking that and having to wait that long was devastating). The woman at the front desk has a bad attitude when dealing with people in stressful situations. At one point she told me we were next to be seen, and
