I have the worst pet/ cat I've ever owned with being upset at the vet, even medicated. Dr Ann is willing to use unconventional methods (do what it takes!) to help keep my family member healthy. It feels amazing to know if she should get sick, a vet will deal with difficult personality. Thank you!!!

New to Ohio, so we're trying different vets for our dogs. We ( my fiancée went as I had work) ended up going here as it was close. We went for one small thing, they ended up tacking on more shots ( that we did NOT request) and guilt tripped/gave attitude whenever we declined. I was told they were sweet to my dog, just not very good with dealing with humans I guess. Ended up going to another vet in Columbus that's much nicer, and doesn't come with a side of attitude and guilt tripping. This is not a terrible place to go. Just not a place that I would/have ever recommend someone go to with the countless options that Columbus has to offer. Also, I see why some people are scared to leave negative reviews. Anne responded to this review by calling me a racist just because I feel like her behavior towards me is racially motivated. Claiming you know people from Africa and trying to use reverse psychology means nothing. That’s just a typical response from someone who has been called out for their prejudice behavior. I leave great 5 star reviews for ALL kinds of people, businesses, and doctors who actually do their job with dignity and respect! Notice how she will go back and forth with a former patient instead of taking accountability and working on more important things like not making people feel like she’s racist. Dr. Anne Duffus and her staff at WHAH, always go above and beyond for each and every animal as well as their owners. Dr. Duffus is compassionate, up to date with all the latest technologies in veterinary medicine which makes her private practice a cut above the rest. WHAH, will always get you in for an appointment if your pet is in need whether you are a client or not. Highly recommend WHAH, this place is not just a job for the staff and Dr Duffus, you can see in each and every one of them, this is their passion!

Anne took care of my parents dog 25+ years ago and now she takes care of my cat! The prices shocked me compared to how high other costs are in the area and the quality of care! My Oliver loves Dr. Duffus!
