My pup and I always stop in after going to Double Bluff, the dog wash is a lifesaver! I really like the selection of items, the staff are wonderful, and the store cats are a delight! 10/10, would recommend to any pet parent!

Each time I walk into this establishment I am reminded why I shouldn’t keep giving them chances. The first time I was met with rudeness should’ve been the first time I walked out, but knowing that retail can be hard I thought well maybe it was just a bad day. I’ve since tried two other times and still I was met with rudeness. My pups absolutely love freeze dried chicken hearts and multiple stores were out over the last week or so. You wouldn’t think asking “do you by chance know when you will get another shipment” would have been met with the rude condescending response of “we will have them out when they are in.” Needless to say that was the last time I will give this store another penny.

Just stopped in to bathe Jaz. So, this review reflects just the dog bath. First the staff was great and very helpful. The bath itself is functional but the water sprayer and hot and cold water leave a lot to be desired. I mean they work but they’re not spectacular.

The staff is unfriendly. You try to have a conversation and are met with silence. They would rather have a conversation with each other than a paying customer. Do yourself a favor and go to any other pet store.

I bought this “tuffut-flex” dog toy for “tuff chewers.” The piece my golden chewed off in less than 30 minutes is on the green cardboard above where it states for “tuff chewers.” I wanted to exchange it for a better toy and pay the difference but I was told I could not do that because it was damaged. That is the reason I brought it back the next day! No customer service here! If you look at my other posts I am NOT an “impossible” person to please. I normally give 5 stars but when I feel a business is not taking responsibility and in fact blaming the customer, I think others should know. I appreciate great businesses and my reviews show that.
