The doctors and staff were very caring. I brought my 11 month old American Bulldog in for a Luxating Patella. The doctor explained what was happening and why and what can be done about it. He explained what would happen if I didn’t have surgery to correct it. I feel that allowed me to make a very informative decision. After care was awesome. Thank you Westside Veterinary Clinic.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Jackson during my first visit to Westside years ago. My Australian Shepherd had been severely burned during post-surgical care at another clinic, and Dr. Jackson was incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate throughout the entire process. At the time, I was struggling financially, and she went out of her way to teach me how to properly care for his wounds at home so we could limit unnecessary visits. The level of care, empathy, and genuine love she shows her patients and their owners is truly impactful. Due to her, Westside has earned my trust and my business for life.

Not one for bad reviews but i just left here and wont be back and i suggest no one else does either. Worst vet experience that couldve been possible. I have taken my dog here twice , the first time was a good experience until Dr. Eastwood came in , he is a great salesperson , but has no interest in caring for your pet , whatsoever. The kennel assistant isnt cut out for the job, unfortunately. I would request a new kennel assistant if you receive her. I brought him in because of what i assumed to just be seasonal allergies to help his itching. While my dog was on the table to get seen, he got nervous and moved around as any pet would who isnt used to it. I understand that vets need to hold the pet still but what i witnessed wasnt that. My chihuahua was having a very difficult night so I called the after hours emergency line. Dr Leslie Jackson is a SAINT!!! She had me check a few things on my baby and told me she would be okay for the night and to bring her in to be seen first thing in the morning. She was proactive in not only what I brought her in for, but something she had also noticed in her check up. I typically go to another vet in Benton but now Dr. Jackson will be the only one my girl goes to.

Horrible experience. Took my dog to be seen for his allergies and raw skin on his legs, the doctor and the assistant were incredible rude to our dog who was scared. They wouldn’t let him out of a chokehold when he was yelping and needed to be let down. They also didn’t explain what the actual medication was they gave him. Will not be coming back. EDIT : Since they responded and I can’t respond back, he did not “attempt to bite” once , and no one in the room was unsafe by any means. And as far as the medications , I was not told what my dog was being given before it was given to him. It wasn’t until after we paid that we knew what it was.
