Top Notch Dog Grooming

Very disappointed in the new owner and how she is handling business! We loved TJ and we were so sad to see him go. We had an issue trying to reschedule our appointment online so I stopped by the shop and talked to the new owner in person. She updated the appointment and I got a confirmation text for it. Flash forward two weeks, I show up a few minutes ahead of time since it was the first appointment of the day and I wasn’t sure if she would want our dog to be there a few minutes early like how most people show up early to hair and medical appointments. She was not there, so I tried calling. No answer. Waited about 15 more minutes and called again. No answer. Meanwhile another customer showed up with her dog. We waited together another 15 minutes and I tried calling again and texted the

i thought i was out of luck looking for a groomer, untill i called TJ he booked me in the next day and worked on a time that was right for both of us.. he didn’t make it a hassle for me to get an appointment or nothing. very nice and has great communication. he fixed my girl right up, made her look 10 times better! and pricing was really good as well, my sweet girl didn’t even wanna leave, she loved it there! thank you!

TJ was awesome with our wild boy, a brittany spaniel! Tucker can be jumpy and nervous, but TJ took great care of him and he looks and smells so good and clean. TJ was able to drimmel his nails down really short, which we could never do on our own. Would recommend, will return! Before and after picture for reference.

Absolutely amazing experience. My girls first real grooming experience and she could not look better! He was amazing with her and she did not try and run out like she was super stressed. She will have more spa days in her future!

Very disappointed. I had to make an appt 8 weeks in advance and then I go there today only to be told that TJ sold the business. Not cool! Especially since we've been his customer before he even opened his business. He could have at least had the decency to let us know. Not cool TJ!
