We absolutely love bringing our pup Duke here! The pricing is very reasonable, and the entire staff is always kind, patient, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. Dr. Walia is especially wonderful, so friendly, caring, and you can genuinely tell he enjoys what he does, which makes every visit feel positive and stress-free. One moment that truly meant a lot to me was when Duke had a little poop accident during a visit, and the staff didn’t make me feel embarrassed at all, they were so kind about it and even cleaned it up without hesitation. They also know Duke by name when we walk in and always gush over him, which makes us feel so valued and cared for. I was very impressed with Westgate Animal Hospital.We had an emergency with our Dog and they were upfront and honest about the charges, before treating our dog. They did great with animals and gave my dog the care she needed, (no extras). They didn’t just charge me for everything they could have. Doctor Waila has been practicing for a Long time and is very knowledgeable and good with animals. I would go back in a heartbeat and am so glad I found their office!

I found Doctor Walia, when my regular vet decided to go from $65 to $99 a visit. My Ziggy suffered from bad ear infections. Dr. Walia, cleaned his ears, gave him a shot gave me pills and ear-drops For half the price of what my other vet would have charged. That being said, Dr. Walia Is a no nonsense type of vet he will tell you like it is, which is what I want. Ziggy, ended up needing ear surgery, Dr Walia Did the surgery with FREE Clinic follow ups to do the cleaning. My Ziggy, it’s doing wonderful and I cannot say enough about what a great vet Dr. Walia is AND of course I love the staff. They understand he’s my baby and they do not dismiss my anxiety

Listen THEY CARE! They love animals they show SO MUCH COMPASSION! And so understanding of my situation they made me feel so comfortable even when in a panic ! Dr. Walia is such a great person and hired such a beautiful staff, my Cici had an C-Section done and she is doing so well. I seriously can’t express my gratitude

Terrible customer service with this so called Dr. Walia. He will not listen to what your concerns are. He cropped my dogs ears and kept saying they look even . Then he agreed to them being uneven , but for him you can’t really tell only if you look at them. How can I not look at her she’s my dog. He proceeded to say he dosnt like working with “people like me”. Not sure exactly what he ment? You mean you only like patients, who are submissive and won’t react to the poorly job you have done? He’s very rude and won’t let you speak. I did take her back to get it fixed and all he kept saying is “if I cut her ears you’re not going to be happy it could end up shorter than the other”. He said this at least 5 times. well that’s very reassuring you obviously shouldn’t be cropping ears if you’re not
