So sweet and effective! They found out what was wrong with my cat almost immediately and while I was a sad mess they answered every question and walked me and my partner through the steps to help our cat feel better! That was a week ago now and my cat is acting like his old self again! Also the cat in the waiting room is adorable! Edit 12/23/25 He was a patient there already. This is Thaddeus. We got our dude from my fiancés mom who got him from so and so and so on. One day Thaddeus wasn’t feeling too hot. He would sit in random spots and squat down as if he was peeing. We seen that the symptoms were similar to a UTI, we went to pet smart. My only concern is with the veterinarian. Unfortunately, our experience with her was not positive. During one visit, we asked if our dog’s nails could be trimmed while he was already there. We later overheard her in the back room making a comment along the lines of, “How about I pay them to cut their own dog’s nails?” That was very upsetting to hear. She also seemed to have very little patience with him, which was surprising because he is truly the sweetest, most well-behaved dog. When he was neutered and had a hernia (that he was born with) repaired, he was shaved excessively for the procedure. After he healed, we took him to the groomer, who mentioned that he should not have been shaved that much. I genuinely feel for the staff because they have always been kind and professional. Howe

I signed up for the nuts off program. I had my appointment 2 months prior. My husband showed up on time with the two cats that we said we were going to get fixed. When he got there. They told him that they were not going to fix my cats due to the fact that I personally did not bring them. Seems I was the one that registered them. To me that made no sense as in I had the appointment set as they asked and they were the exact cat that I said I was bringing at the exact time that I was supposed to be there. But because I personally did not bring them, they turned my husband away. Nowhere or time? Did they say that I had to be the one to bring the cats. We have brought our fur babies to this facility for over 4 decades. We consistently have gotten excellent care. We currently have a special needs pup and Dr Johnson has a keen sense and will readily refer if necessary. Staff has been so helpful in making wise decisions in our plan of care for our pups. We left Westfield for a short time for a clinic closer to our home only to quickly return even though we travel out of state to see her. Very responsive to our concerns. Very patient with our questions. We have referred a number of friends and family to this veterinarian for great results.

Dr. Johnson was very helpful when I brought my baby in. The news ended up being not so great, but she helped navigate the next steps. Nicole the vet tech was so caring and helpful. 10/10
