First time visit and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were able to get me in and out very quickly but also making sure to keep my cat calm through her exam. Cared about any concerns I may have and explained everything thoroughly.

My cat had teeth pulled by dr frost convinced she messed up my cat never bounced back. Was told by dr dudek that my cat needed more teeth pulled my cat was not eating or healthy enough for a second teeth pulling of course I was charged again the second teeth pulling when my cat not recovering from the first time it all should have been covered dr frost never did the second teeth pulling she had someone else do it very irresponsible never answered my phone calls or talked with me as a vet never showed empathy for her screw up my cat died because of there negligence all they did was nickle and dime me I was even charged 63 dollars to keep my cat overnight I even brought a can of food so what was I charged for. I would never recommend Dunkirk animal clinic to anyone who loves and car

Very very happy with our care! Took me forever to find someone that would take Xeno. They were very gentle and professional and answered my questions very well. Gave us an antibiotic right on the spot and directed us where to get the remaining supplies. Also i was very pleased with the prices considering prices around where i live average very high. Thank you again!

5 Stars -- a truly compassionate and caring team!! We had only visited Dunkirk Animal Clinic once, but the kindness and care they showed made a lasting impression. Our regular vet couldn’t accommodate an urgent need due to a staffing issue, and Dunkirk Animal Clinic stepped in without hesitation. Our sweet Maddy, a 21-year-old kitty, was struggling with arthritis in her back legs. When her usual treatment didn’t last as long as expected, the staff at Dunkirk offered laser therapy -- something we hadn’t even realized was available, let alone so accessible and affordable. The technician who treated Maddy was incredibly gentle and compassionate, and the therapy brought her some much-needed relief. Sadly, Maddy has since crossed the rainbow bridge -- unrelated to the arthritis or her treat

We have been with Dr.Frost and her amazing staff(team) over 6 years . We love the entire staff and we are thankful for all her expertise that saved our dog and gave him many more years with our family. The entire team is compassionate and committed to making each pet and pet parent feel loved and cared for like family.
