I went in for straw for insulation to make cat shelters, this guy told me no need for that straw, and told me he had something better after listening to my project, turns out the recommended mini flake shavings is not at all better, but toxic for the cats and not at all what i need. I now cant return it and am left with a very bad taste, i feel bait and switched, not helped, and stuck with a bale i dont even want. Buyer beware, if possible i will do everything i can to bring my business and the business of those i know elsewhere where they wouldn't burn a customer over a simple exchange/10$

Popular family-owned business there is livestock in the back and the kids always like to see that. You can buy goldfish here among other things. This store has been around for a long time, it has a good reputation around town.

Worse customer service ever. Called the store 20 min before they closed to ask if they have a 40p bag of food which I need to pick up before they closed. She put me on hold. Called again, the representative, she said I don’t have a time right now to check, I’m helping another customer, look online. Never will order anything from them again!

Good place to get hen feed, including oyster shell. However, after purchasing the oyster shell; I found a better price elsewhere. I'll double check next time before purchasing. Today, we bought 2 bags of feed & 1 bag of oyster shell; 50lb each bag. All in all, Western Ranch has always been our go-to hen feed. 👍👍

Came here to get an airline approved crate. The staff here were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I’m sad I didn’t find this place sooner!
