Westbridge Veterinary Referral Hospital

In January, our otherwise very healthy one-year-old Siamese kitten, Stormy, suddenly started struggling to breathe. Without hesitation, we rushed her to Westbridge. To make a long story short, Stormy underwent a major surgery to remove a tumor that was nearly half the size of her chest. The biopsy later confirmed it was an aggressive form of lymphoma. She passed on Feb 24th. Through this devastating process, Dr. Lambe went above and beyond for our girl. I have never felt so much genuine care from a veterinarian. She guided us through every step with compassion, patience, and empathy. She made something incredibly scary feel just a little less overwhelming. She never rushed us, and she always answered our questions. The entire staff was amazing. They let us visit Stormy while she was stay

The Vet assistant ( I cannot remember her name and it’s bothering me)and Dr. Picard were both amazing. They made the visit less stressful for my dog. They made the visit fun but they also took steps to help my dog feel better and we made a plan. It was probably the most calm I have seen Jax at the Vet’s. Thank you both for that. Jax says thank you also.

I could not be any happier with West bridge Veterinary hospital. I have an asthmatic cat who makes regular visits to Dr. Picard and Staff. They are amazing!!!! I feel our cat is in the best hands and I am confident that they are equally concerned about his health as I am. Thankfully he has the best of the best watching over him! I will admit our Bentley is chill but honestly he loves visiting everyone at West bridge.

I had to put my cat down yesterday, which was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. The vet and techs were wonderful — they were gentle, patient, and really kind during the whole process. 5 Stars for them! But I do want to mention something that really upset me (which is why I’m leaving a 1 star so attention is taken) While I was in the room crying and saying my goodbyes, the receptionist came in without knocking to ask for payment and to “check me out.” It completely blindsided me and my mom. I understand if she needed me to sign a paper to approve the process but to awkwardly stand there asking for my wallet while I’m crying over my cat was wild. In that moment, it felt incredibly insensitive and honestly added a lot of stress to an already heartbreaking situation. I’m sharing

My first trip there. Staff were courteous, and facilities clean. What impressed me the most was the vet- Dr. Townsend. He seemed very knowledgeable of the issues and alternatives for my dog, Ollie. He took his time with me, to make sure all of my questions were answered and that I understood what we were going to do moving forward. It was refreshing to talk to someone who wasn’t in a hurry to leave after 5 minutes! I will definitely recommend (actually, it’s only been 2 days and I’ve already recommended your hospital!).
