West Side Pet Care truly loves what they do - it shows in every aspect of their care. For the last 2 years, Suzanne and family have provided more than a pet sitter service for my very bonded pups, anytime we needed. They personalize visits - incorporating routines and preferred toys, providing fun activities and leisure time, and even sending photos and updates - to ease my own dog mom worries. I could not be happier with their services and highly recommend West Side to anyone seeking top-notch, family-style, affordable, convenient care for their fur babies.

Always going above and beyond to make sure we have peace of mind when we go away and leave our Siamese kitties, brother and sister, behind. She always sends text updates and cute photos that warm our hearts, and let us know everything is in order. It is also so nice to have someone from our local neighborhood come and go in the morning and at night while away, as well. The attention to detail is impeccable. I recently moved to the area and was worried about finding someone to take good care of my cats while I was away for a week. No need to worry though - Suzanne was the absolute best!
