Good afternoon, It was our first time there and also Daisy's first time . We were a little nervous at first but as soon as we went in Janet checked Daisy in, took our dog back for her first time, we used to do the baths and nails at home but she has been getting nervous about the whole thing. So happy we went to the puppy palace they made us feel at ease and when it was time to pick up Daisy, Janet said she did well even with the nail clipping. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for grooming service. Great place ,caring and reasonably priced Ed and Kathy LaBelle and Daisy Thank you

Marilyn the Magician! Never in the 20+ years that I have had dogs had their paws...which eventually turn into Grinch toes...stay so immaculate! I don't know what wand she waves but it's been 6 weeks AND NO GRINCH TOES and their coats are beautiful (pic attached, English Cream Golden Retriever on left, Border Collie mix on right...both shed A LOT)!!! The entire staff is so friendly and it is evident that they love what they do and their love for dogs!! Highly recommend Puppy Palace and if I could give them 10 stars, I would!! Matter fact...I can give them 10 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Marilyn was amazing! My dog Jackson loves her and she does a great job. I love all the cute bows and ties she puts on him.

Great place and kind staff. I was having trouble getting my 10 month old French bulldogs nails trimmed. She was getting agitated and they couldn’t get it done at the place we started going to. The staff here greeted my pup with love. She got comfortable quickly and was done in no time. Will definitely be bringing my girl back soon. Thank you puppy palace! 🙏🏽❤️
