NEVER GO HERE!! They do not care for the cats AT ALL!! They are terrible with communication never answer the phones! It took FOREVER to finally get the cats. They took the cats to get fixed and my poor baby got a terrible infection. I was told if there were any issues they would be helpful and could even help with payment if the cats were very sick right after adopting. Well. I had to take my one cat to the emergency vet and I tried to speak with someone at the rescue. Nothing no help no sorry. My cat could have died from the infection she had. I took out all my savings and didn’t even get a sorry from the rescue or vet.

firstly, the lady was rude when we walked in. it was 1:53 pm when we arrived there from over 40 mins away to look at cats, and they opened at 2pm. Opened the door and asked if we could come in, cause another gentleman was there too looking at cats, and the helper said ‘we don’t ACTUALLY open for another ten minutes and we’re still cleaning but sure’. Uhhhh okay, you could’ve just said to wait five more minutes or something. then we go look at cats, and none of these helpers know how old the cats are, we asked 1 or 2 other people how old certain cats were everyone one of them was not the nicest in saying ‘I don’t know you’re gonna again to ask the front desk’ okay????? Btw some of three kittens and cats were definitely underweight while I was petting them. so then I go through the whole ad

My mom and I went to look at cats to adopt and we were very excited. Absolutely no complaints about staff and volunteers, everyone was amazing and very nice. Though when going through the application process, it was understandable that it would take a few day. But when the time came, we received a message saying that they were not going through with our application and given no reason. When asked why, I was left with no response. It's very disappointing because my family and I have adopted plenty of animals with no issues. We ended up going elsewhere, and our application was approved there. Highly unprofessional to ghost people.

If I could give this place a half star I would, 1 full star is actually too generous. My wife put in an application for a specific cat, and was there numerous time to spend time with that specific cat. Was told we hear from them within a week, we did not hear from them and come to find out they had lost the application for the cat my wife wanted and then they told us that they had already approved an adoption for a different person even though my wife had put in her application first yet they had no record of it because they were careless and lost it. In hind sight we got sniped due to their carelessness and they refused to work with even though we had record of my wife putting her application first. -1/10 do NOT recommend at all

Me and my girlfriend got a lovely little kitty there, who we've had for about a month. They have quite a large facility with plenty of cats, and they keep the cats in multiple rooms seemingly to avoid the adult cats getting mixed up with the kittens. There's also cats who live in the office area, and all of them are adoptable, too. Each room has plenty of things to keep the cats interested, with plenty of toys and things to climb on, including a big wooden tree-like structure in one room. There's also plenty of beds and litter boxes, and the cats seem to be fed properly with all of the food that gets donated to them. Staff was friendly, and told us everything we'd need to know before adoption, including what food to start them on, which flea treatments to go with and which ones to avoid,
