The experience I had with Jon and Brian (owners) was absolutely fantastic. Being a new homeowner they helped me understand differences in carpets and asked ME what feel I wanted in my carpet. They also don't try to upsell you on a particular carpet. The installation was just as fantastic as the buying experience. Jon Jr took his time and was very professional and polite in my home. He layed the carpet out before installing to make sure I was satisfied with it. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH BIG BOX STORES! This local business has great people and does quality work.
