Rescued to Riches Pet Groom & Board

New client with our first grooming appointment for my three dogs on 7/19/2025 (20 lbs mini poodle mix, 28 lbs mini poodle mix and 40 lbs Portuguese water dog) who have been groomed consistently their whole lives and are well behaved. $200 for all and nearly 5 hours to bath and give haircut. My Portuguese water dog who was 2 yrs old and healthy had to go to the emergency veterinarian center for treatment immediately following grooming appointment with diagnosis of corneal ulcers in both eyes. Corneal ulcers are scratches/holes beyond the surface caused by trauma (e.g. clippers, chemical burn from shampoo not being washed out or dog scratching eye on carpet). I wouldn't go or recommend anyone else, my dog had some serious matting over his entire coat. He is a mixed mutt and his hair is not easy to deal with at all. She was able to completely fix his issues with the matting and did it extremely fast.

Great place and always kind! We love Shannon and she treats us right every time. Fair price, getting an appointment is easy and she takes her time with each pet making sure their needs are met! I would recommend to all my friends and family!!

I saw her ad at The Landmark restaurant and texted to inquire about her grooming my chunky old rescue pitty. She was super kind, accommodating, professional, affordable and fast! We will be back. Seems like my girl had a great time at her appointment too. She almost refused to get in the car lol!
