AMAZING! Dr Flanagan and the staff went above and beyond for me and my pup Luna. We were visiting from out of town and needed a vet ASAP as Luna was having weird heart palpitations. My aunt recommended this team as this is who she uses. I was able to make a non-patient appointment online the very next day. When I arrived, they were very warm and friendly and were super sweet to Luna. The murmur did turn into something more serious and Dr. Flanagan accompanied me later that day to another vet who would perform an echocardiogram. After the results came back, Dr. Flanagan sent me a very long email detailing everything I should know about Luna’s condition. Her staff also stayed in close contact with my vet in Tulsa. They sent them all the x-rays and cardiogram results and bloodwork from Luna

I can't even express the gratitude I have for this place. Unfortunately, my fur baby got really sick and we lost her. Everyone we encountered here from the secretary to the Doctor to the business manager were so kind to us and our sweet Elena! I can't express this enough, if you need a vet that actually cares come here! You won't be disappointed! Both of the Doctors we saw were very kind, professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. Great place with amazing people!

this place is ALWAYS so friendly, helpful and quick without fail. i originally came to them rather than kimbrough due to appointment availability but after receiving their care for her shots i will not go anywhere else but here. very lovely place! me and my puppy approve this message :)

Excellent facility! Associates are all professional, friendly and efficient. All procedures and routines were thoroughly explained and detailed. Brought in a feral cat that had adopted me for spay/neuter and vaccinations, etc. Prices are very affordable and they took great care of my new buddy. Highly recommend!

Dr. Owens was absolutely wonderful. Our visit wasn’t a routine check-up—it was a difficult and emotional one. We feared that our 5-year-old dog was losing her vision, and Dr. Owens gently confirmed that she was indeed going blind. He provided compassionate guidance and clear advice on how to help her—and us—navigate this new chapter. We’re incredibly grateful for his support and expertise during such a tough time.
