Best experience for the hardest day of my life. Putting my dog tank down was very hard for my family but c4 made it a safe place to express how we felt. We miss him dearly.🥲 1 week later we received a hand written letter in the mail saying that they are mourning with us.❤️ Miss you bud.

The assistant seemed as if she had never picked up a cat before. Dogs were barking loudly as they were manhandling my sick cat. I specifically asked them not to give my cat anesthesia and hours later I finally get my cat back. After they called my sweet lazy Persian “the meanest cat they’ve ever seen” they returned him with his left ear slit, and his twig and berries VERY swollen and irritated. 10 out of 10 do not recommend

All the ladies up there were really nice and really sweet. I came up there because my dog has tumors. I just wanted to know what was going to be done if anything could be done and the vet, whatever his name is tells me he can’t treat my dog only to hope that they get smaller with steroids and then starts preaching to me about finding a family in the church, and I should turn to God do you know how insensitive and uneducated that sounds it was so very unprofessional of him. I told him I have dealt with a lot of death and a lot of problems in my family and his first instinct was to tell me to turn to God and find a family within a church This was so very out of pocket. What has God done for me not shit so why would I give him my time my energy, my love? again very unprofessional very insensi

Absolutely worst staff encountered. After saying my sister's dog was basically dying, instead of offering options he told her to find god. She was not there to find god but to help her animal. I don't judge the faith people chose to follow but it absolutely unprofessional behavior and terrible manners.
