We had such a great experience here from start to finish. Annette (the GM) was amazing from the moment we walked in. She was kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. Even though they were short-staffed, she personally added us to the queue and did our intake to help keep things moving: total team-player energy with true white-glove care. She was so gentle and reassuring with my 8-year-old Pomeranian, Camila, who had been limping on and off for almost a month. We were really worried she might have fractured her right paw, so walking into a calm, caring environment made all the difference. Dr. McDonnell was just as wonderful. She examined Camila, took X-rays, and didn’t just stop at the obvious issue. She actually caught a few additional things that hadn’t shown up in Camila’s previous

If there were 10 stars, I would give 10 out of 10. I just picked up my dog Sausage after surgery and got home, and the very first thing I wanted to do was write a review because this place is truly amazing and highly recommended. I was referred by other pet parents in the community and was fortunate to meet Dr. G regarding a lump on my dog’s back. After a thorough examination, Dr. G quickly laid out a clear treatment plan and explained everything to me with great patience and care. I had been comparing this plan with the one proposed by another vet, and Dr. G’s approach made much more sense to me both medically and practically. Dr. McDonnell and Sean were great. We had a pretty poor experience with the Vet we were using after my puppy ended up needing stitches and needed to find a new vet. Although the office was on the other side of town, it was well worth the drive. She was very informative and allowed me ample opportunity to ask questions. The stitches appeared to very well done. And most importantly I felt Her and her staff genuinely cared about the well being of my pup. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

This is the best vet I could have found. When I brought Max in, he was in pretty bad shape from an unfortunate incident that occurred at another vet office, and I was frustrated and distraught. Everyone here took incredible care of my dog, and they took great care of me too as his human.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this crew. My experience with all the staff was amazing. The front staff was very attentive and welcoming, great job! Dr. G was amazing with my senior cat, he answered all my questions and created a plan for my cat! He’s very knowledgeable and skilled and I would highly recommend anyone to him. Great job!
