West County Animal Clinic

The technicians at West County Animal Clinic on Manchester were amazing! Our sweet 2 yr old mix is terrified of the vet and hates getting his nails cut. He becomes aggressive and most places I take him don’t know how to handle him. The lead tech and another technician, Lisa and Amy, were amazing! They knew just what to do and they did it quickly and lovingly. I’ve been on the hunt for a vet that doesn’t charge a crazy amount and also knows how to care for scared dogs. I’m so grateful we gave them a try. We’ll definitely be going back for future needs.

I had a fantastic experience at West County Animal Clinic. The staff was kind, professional, and has treated my three dogs and cat with so much love and care. Each doctor has explained everything clearly and made us feel at ease. The clinic was clean, welcoming, and even followed up the next day. I’m so grateful to have found them—highly recommend!

If I could give a half of a star I would. We have been going to West County Animal Clinic for years and after our most recent experience we are switching vets. In September our 11.5 year old lab mix got a bladder infection. We took her to the vet once with a urine sample we brought in. She was put on medicine and we were sent home. A couple of days later she is not getting better and we end up taking her to VSS to get something to sedate her until we could get back to West County Animal Clinic. We took her back the next day (Wednesday 9/18) and she spent the day there and we were told it was a bladder infection and were given a stronger medication. Thursday after work she is doing terrible. I had been going to other clinics, but this was my first visit here. The staff was very kind and explained everything about my dog's allergy so it was a great experience. I hope Coco gets better soon.

I have been a client with this clinic bringing my feline and canine companions since 2010 and have been met with kindness, compassion, and a true love of my animals. The staff are thorough and truly care for your furry ones. Highly recommend this clinic.
