Kennelwood Pet Resort

Kennelwood came highly recommended from friends and family members. Our last experience at our usual place was below-par, so we called Kennelwood to try to fix what they did to him. They got him in same-week, and his groomer, Katie, was incredibly friendly and did such a great job on him. He looks fantastic, and they even sent me this cute photo of him! The salon was sparkling clean, and the pricing was beyond reasonable. We’ll be back!

We have a very energetic and playful puppy that loves to socialize, he had an awesome time at Kennelwood and came home happy and tired! The staff are great and sent pictures and updates. They also provided feedback at pickup about how the day went. I highly recommend taking your furry friend here, you will not be disappointed. We will be going back again soon!

This was over a year ago but my dog never recovered from what she went through here. We had boarded her for training because we live far from location. We sent food separated and was notes on how much to feed her. That obviously didn't happen because we were given most of the food back. ( Was it because they didn't want to clean her kennel which we found out was too small for her? The trainer assured us it was ok size but it wasn't and she couldn't fully even stand up in it. I know they were short staffed and kennel was full but no excuse. They said they were taking her out of kennel for breaks but that was a lie. She was also dehydrated, diarrhea so bad, and eyes were filled with green snot. We paid extra even to have vet on call but again that didn't happen either. We had to take her imm

The staff are always friendly and take great care of my pup. They do an excellent job on grooming and looks like they take take pride in the their work. Also love that they match the bandana to the season lol. Top notch service, highly recommend.

Our bernadoodle has been going to Kennelwood on Mason for a couple years for styling. Every visit she gets a great cut and comes back clean and smelling great. Our stylist Christina is the best.
