West Coast Pet Memorial - Franklin Pet Cemetery

This place helped in so many ways , they helped me with the cremation of my sweet baby girl who I raised from a bottle and we had such a tight bond . She was a female Nigerian dwarf goat that helped get Thru some hard times , with the sudden loss of her I had no where to go and this place was there for me . Thank you guys so much for your kindness and amazing staff that took great care of my baby and helped her get back home safely .

It's the first time my family and I had to say goodbye to a pet, our beloved dog. Our sweet boy will now be lay to rest at this peaceful cemetery which helps us cope with our lost knowing he'll be safe here. Thank you Phillip and Brian who has been kindhearted, understanding, and informative in helping my family with the burial service. Words can not express how much respect we have for your profession. We are so pleased with how the memory of our beloved Guinea Pig, Casper, was honored here thanks to your care. We are so overjoyed to be able to admire his beauty in life, and now afterlife. First of ALL. I gotta say this is a difficult process..But I can definitely see why this company has a 4.9 review..Here's my story - I reluctantly called this company hoping they wouldn't think I was CRAZY about asking if they do creation on an already buried pet..Since 2020 to be exact. I had the privilege of talking to Philip. WITH his compassionate heart, he told me that others have requested the same thing. He made me feel better about it💔💔You see I thought I was living in my forever home, so we buried my beautiful baby Mister here in June 2020. Our beloved Axel was fighting a losing fight with heart tumor. He did great after radiation and Palladia treatment and had wonderful 3 months of love, play, hugs and kisses. Unfortunately, early February, just overnight, Axel's health declined and we had to make the painful decision to help him cross the Rainbow Bridge. We called around to get a private cremation so that we can pick up ashes the same day and therefore Axel can always be with us. The place that accommodated our request was the West Coast Pet Memorial in Merced. The gentleman who spoke with us was very kind, understanding we drove from the Bay Area and needed time to get there.
