I've gotten many types of animals from this store and they where all beautifully taken care of in store!! Got a lil of everything for all animals ❤️

My girl loves getting groomed by Luwisa! She always does a wonderful job and is very freidnly and professional. She makes her feel so comfortable which puts my mind at ease. I know my pup is getting well taken care of!

I adopted Mocha from MCHS inside of Petsmart. I absolutely love her and I'm so thankful. The volunteers were so kind and helpful! The cashier, the manager and the young lady stocking the shelves took time out to assist me . Mocha said meow meow...thank you in cat . ❤️

I have always loved PetSmart, so I was very glad to find one in this neighborhood when I moved here. The staff here is very friendly and customer service is great. When my cat passed away and I had to return excess (unopened) litter box accessories that I bought online, even though my order date was just passed the return date limit, after explaining my situation to the manager, he went out of his way to process the return at the end that was still within store policy. I especially love the cat adoptions area in the store, and that they work with Merced Humane Society to have cats available for people to adopt, as well as dogs available for adoption during special adoption events, which happen pretty often.

They were out of the 15.5 lbs bags on the shelf, I asked a gentleman to go check the back and ran right out with one. Service was fast and easy
