West Chester Pet Resort

West Chester Pet Resort is the only place I trust to care for my fur baby pugs when we are out of town. The passionate, professional care the staff provides, allows me to have peace of mind every time. And they all are very patient with me; since I write down every detail of behavior, feeding, etc. My pugs are my babies. West Chester staff are the best experienced sitters for all the animals and their needs.

Rey loves going to see her friends at daycare. The staff love our pets as their own. They know everything about our pets. You can be sure that they are not only supervising, playing with, but also giving lots of love. My pup has been going to Westchester Pet Resort for boarding and day care since she was 6 months old, and she is now 4. She comes home with a big smile and tired. I couldn’t be more pleased. ❤️🐾

I am very pleased with Juliet's care at Chester resort . She goes to day care a few times a month and howls when we walk in.. and I mean howls with excitement. The staff is so friendly and upbeat .. I always feel welcome which is very nice as I know my girl can be a handful at times. I like the fact that the dogs are in runs not crates . I love the fact that they put a cap on how many dogs can come each day . And I like that they are careful with letting dogs in with the play group. I have a working line German shepherd dog and she can be dog reactive .. I am pleased that they are careful with her interactions with other dogs. My girl is three now ..almost 4 and is fine staying home while I work but I will continue to use the daycare because she is so happy and excited to go!

From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, making both me and my furry friend feel right at home. The facilities are top-notch, featuring spacious play areas, clean accommodations, and activities to keep pets entertained. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail in the design of the resort, ensuring that every pet's needs are met. The outdoor areas are safely enclosed and offer plenty of room for dogs to run and play. The staff at WCPR is truly passionate about animals. They took the time to understand my dog's personality and preferences, which gave me peace

They have been very patient with our nervous dog, Norma. She has taken a long time to get even remotely comfortable. When I pick her up, I can tell that she is cared for despite her being a bit difficult at times and not the most outgoing dog. The facility is clean and has ample outdoor space. It is comforting that they are attached to a veterinary clinic, if anything should happen. All of the staff members are kind and give off a dog lover vibe. We have also been doing some training with Morgan, and it has helped immensely after just a handful of sessions. Morgan is very knowledgeable and clearly loves dogs. I feel good leaving Norma in their care, and I definitely recommend them if you need doggy daycare or boarding!
