Safe to say, if you do not like animals and/or are uncomfortable around them then maybe you shouldn’t work at a store that specializes in care and products for animals. My dog had an appointment to get her nails clipped today which was made over a week in advance. She was taken to the store the day before her nail appointment to have her rabies shot in order for her to even get her nails clipped. No issues whatsoever with my dog or staff during the shot appointment. Unfortunately I cannot say that about the next visit. Upon arriving, the girl who was the groomer (didn’t catch name) already had a bad attitude and was unfriendly. If anything my dog was just hesitant to get up on the table, which the groomer had someone else assist her. Dog is on table with no problem. It was a very short vis

Absolutely love Carissa’s work! 10/10 grooming experience. She was very knowledgeable and helpful as she explained to my husband the pricing. And of course our Jules looks amazing 🤩 thank you! Highly recommended her. 🙂

Yesterday I took my Yorkie here to get groomed by Jaclyn and it wasn’t a pleasant experience. She accidentally nicked his neck while shaving him then when I came to pick him up I was shocked at how bad the haircut was. I specifically provided her with photos and tips on how I would like his face cut and she did the exact opposite. She cut all of his beard off and the hair on the back of his head doesn’t look right either. Not happy at all and they only gave me a 20% off the grooming bill. First two photos is how I wanted it and the last three is from today.

Brought dog in for vaccination. Girls in the back work space area were friendly and a good representative for Petco. Issue was girl who checks in animals and girl who schedules grooming at the front desk. Not at all friendly but appeared like they couldn't be bothered. Almost walked out. Poor representation at front desk. Will not be back since this is the 2nd time this happened even though employees were different. Get someone up front that will at least pretend a customers business is valuable.

Excited that I FINALLY found MY groomer! Sarah gave my dogs the best style they've had! And she is my grand-dogs permanent groomer now too. The best part is it's also where I buy my dog food.
