We’re Nuts About Mutts

I was excited to have my Bichapoo get her first teddy bear cut but was sadly very disappointed! I even put what I wanted in the notes when I booked. They did not even give her a bow or bandana nothing. The worst groom she’s had! Petsmart & Petco gave better grooms. I’m heartbroken 💔 This is Unacceptable I asked for a specific teddy bear cut showed a picture & asked for at least 1 inch left on her body not only did this not happen but they also charged me an excessive fee for matting. She was not that matted. The way they cut her down so low was unnecessary almost bald! They also cut her face down low and did not leave it fluffy at all!!! They cut her face unevenly! It’s 1 long piece of fur sticking out. They Skinned her tail down was not necessary her tail was full of hair & it definitely

We have been clients here for many years. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Our dogs have spa days with bathing and nail grinding, etc., every 5 weeks. Our 11 year old doxie has previously had back issues and has been treated with tender love and care.We will never take our precious pups anywhere else! This place is the best paws down!🐾 🐾

We call Carly our cat whisperer! She is able to keep our girl Mittens so calm while she quickly trims her nails. Mittens got a little spooked this last time and Carly stopped to reassure & pet her before safely continuing. We always have a great experience!

Brought my dog to get his nails trimmed and I stood there the entire time and he seemed okay. That was Wednesday afternoon. By Wednesday night he was crying and his back legs were in severe pain. I thought this place was a blessing, allowing me to bring my dog after hours because he gets a little excited when he sees other dogs, turns out I should have read the reviews instead of seeing 4.8 and thought wow that place must be great. We are monitoring over the next few days, but if he needs surgery, I’ll be suing.

She makes our whole experience great from start to finish! All the ladies in the salon are truly sweet to each dog and cat that arrives. And the new location is BEAUTIFUL!!! 2021 Update: Still so very pleased with this amazing Mother Daughter business!! Carly is the BEST MOST PATIENT GROOMER ON EARTH!! She makes Bellas experience so pleasant! I totally recommend this establishment! 2020: Angie and Cindy were so patient and helpful with our Bella's first time puppy cut!!!! Thank you both so much! We have our next appointment already booked!!! I totally recommend this local business!
