Dr Roach is truly an amazing find and I'm so grateful for his kind, patient manner. My dog has had poor nutrition due to poor appetite his entire life (he's 13 now!) and no other vet has ever addressed or even considered the issue! But Dr Roach got him on some supplements and raw food and now my dog is a voracious eater and doing much better even at this advanced age. I appreciate that the doctor gives you a huge number of wonderful, innovative treatments possible for your dog, but then does not make you feel pressured or guilty if you decide not to do them all. I would say that the solution we were able to put together is within our budget and much less expensive than I'd feared with a "fancy clinic" such as this! The staff are also very kind and caring. My animals love Dr. Roach he is always kind and friendly and really cares for your babies. We do get in a lot of trouble for being overweight but working on it. I would recommend him to everyone who wants great quality care.

Dr. Roach is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. His staff is friendly and super helpful. Allie received electro acupuncture and a sanawave treatment for her rear end paralysis. She seems a lot more comfortable and is a lot more active. Very pleased with the results of our first treatment so far. After several treatments, Allie is regaining her rear leg mobility walking with a little help from us and we are hopeful that she will be able to walk on her own soon.

I had my cat spayed here. After that I also needed my other two cats looked at for ears itching. The spay was a great experience. She had very little pain and the Dr seemed to genuinely care for animals alot. He definitely seems to have their best interest at heart. The experience is very relaxed and all the staff is sweet and knowledgeable. The Shawnee office is really a neat vets office. The other two cats I mentioned I found out they had fleas dispite having them treated by another clinic. Turns out they had quite a bit wrong for having been under vet care all their lives.
