Just moved to this side of OKC and read reviews on groomers near me. She had the the best reviews so I took my babies to her. They came home cleaner/softer then I have ever seen them! My husband and I just couldn’t get over how soft they felt! These ladies where very responsive, VERY VERY nice AND my babies weren’t shaking, like they do, when I picked them up! Very pleased! Thank you so much ladies! Will be back!

I've went by there shop on the corner of 29 and sunnlylane three times during business hours the shop was empty all three times. My wife has left six messages over the last five weeks with no return call. I just called and got no answer again. My vet stopped doing nails three years ago and I don't know and xm scared to hurt my dogs by trying to cut them myself. I really need to get this done I've saved the money ho havexsll three of my dogs full serviced and serviced medically at a full service vet so I think I'm gonna call some of them and pay a lil more to get it done with a vet cuz apparently Shelly's doesn't need my money and I'm z disabled 100 percent war veteran and my wife's blind we have no car do this hard for us and expensive cuz we have to pay a driver that lives in Shawnee to g

I recently moved to OKC and while trying to find a groomer I found Shelly’s. They are amazing!!! I have two mini dachshund and they are extremely anxious and they made them feel so comfortable, pet them and keep them calm while they were doing their nails. If you are looking for a new groomer choose them!! Be patient they are super busy if they don’t answer the phone

The owner does not answer phone calls or return messages. No appointment for two months. If I was the owner I would post on my listing that you are not taking new clients. That would be better for the customers. This might be her only complaint, but it is a major complaint. I would hire someone to take calls and messages and that is better business practice!!
