You will not find a better Vet in Wayne County. He tells it straight and he know craft. Look Dr Sasser repaired my dogs ACL. he is truly amazing. He also fixed my rescue cats eye that she had lost.
My cat attacked the baby squirrel and Dr Sasser took great care to let me know that the squirrel was okay, just in shock
Dr Sasser and Staff are Extremely Caring and Compassionate! I have been taking My Hound Dog, Sam, to Dr Sasser for Thirteen years! Dr Sasser and Staff are always Friendly and Kind to Myself and Sam.
Dr Capps is THE BEST!!!! She actually takes the time to explain everything an the employees an staff was very nice. my dog buddy was very satisfied an so was his mom😊❣️.
Terrible customer service, I too like another concerned person on these reviews have a situation I need help with but was rudely cut off and talked to like I was nobody. The woman should not be the voice behind this great clinic. They have helped me before and this no way is to reflect Mr Sasser or other parts of his team. Absolutely no compassion or sympathy for our sweet boy. Very rude and unprofessional!!! Won’t happen again! People hide behind the entitlement of a position but in the real world you are dealing with real people who love dogs more than most people! This should be a learning experience!
