The staff at Wax Vet made the worst day ever a little bit better with the care and kindness they gave us and our precious pup. We had to say goodbye and they were respectful to our sick pup and treated him with tenderness through all stages. They helped us during our sorrow and guided us calmly through every step. I recommend them for your fur babies care. Even in the worst of times they were exceptional. Thank you Wax Vet staff!

You must pay in advance for at least a first visit (I'm not sure about follow-ups). There is very little parking and we got the very last spot. FYI , there is only one entrance, so both dogs and cats go in the same door. When we went there, there were two separate waiting sections, but in each there was a very big dog. One was a Corso and the other was maybe like a pitbull. It would have been uncomfortable even if I didn't have 2 frightened kittens. The staff was very good, but these other things made for not a great experience.

Staff and doctor were very kind with my nervous Belgian Maliniose mix. Doctor did a thorough exam and provided a complete treatment plan where I was able to pick the options that worked best for me financially. Prices were very fair. Would happily return for future care!

I have a dog in need of an emergency visit and whomever answered was icy and robotic. “Need money. Need Previous vet records. No appointment until 4 days from now” Ouch lady! Ouch. I have money, I have records what I don’t have is time in my crisis and she crushed me after experiencing the worst night ever with my dog. Very disappointing.
