PetSmart Grooming

I wish I could give a review of a completed experience but I got as far as the register. I walked medium size non aggressive dog on leash I actually spoke and greeted the 2 young lady's it was an uncomfortable pause after then they finished the last few words of their conversation before responding. My expectations are to treat my fur baby the way you treat me it was a bad start if I feel unwanted I'm expecting he would be unwanted as well luckily he was a week past his rabbies shot on file I do have the updated shot records but that was my excuse to leave a place I felt that my business was unwanted. I've taken my dog to one in Dallas very friendly employees very welcoming and I even added services because I felt comfortable with them servicing my pup. But I definitely would not be a cust

Took my dog there to get nails trimmed and grind. This Karen comes out with my dog saying she could not do him as he had scratched her all over and searched her arms until she found a partially healed scrath.

I believe this is a safe place to take your pet for grooming. The PetSmart grooming team is phenomenal! They do such a great job grooming Bella. Thank you!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had the pleasure of visiting PetSmart Grooming to get our puppy Eshu a haircut. Upon entering we picked a level that I wanted his hair cut from a display that was provided. When we picked our puppy the lady said he was too active and had to air dry and We were told that they were not able to cut around his eyes good due to him being an active puppy however it would be the same price. On top of that she was rude about it. We just won't visit there again for grooming.

Odd that we have to schedule an appointment time, then have to leave our dog there for 4+ hours, not sure what the appointment time is for. They did a fine job, expensive but happy with their service.
