Waterway Animal Hospital

I’ve taken my French bulldog Frankie to Dr MaCalla since I relocated to Sunset Beach a few years ago, and I cannot say enough about how wonderful she and the staff are at Waterway Animal Hospital. They’ve helped my little guy (and me) through everything from allergies, IBD, laser therapy for a neck injury, down to ear infections, all with warm, kind compassion that I as an owner really appreciate. The entire staff there are truly amazing and if I could give them 10 stars I would. Being from out of state and trying to find a veterinarian and team that you trust is not easy and their team makes me feel completely at home. Thank you all so much for taking such great care of my boy!

Excellent service and treatment for my dog, Leia. Kiersten greeted us very warmly and was very affectionate throughout and explained in detail all the treatment options Leia needed. Dr. Roland also showed us a lot of compassion and explained everything my dog ​​had and the treatment plan. Amazing animal hospital. Dr. McCalla and the entire staff are the best. Shout out to Shelby, she is an amazing vet tech, my pups and I love her. I highly recommend this practice to care for your furbabies

Receptionist Rhonda greeted me with a smile. Vet tech Amber is very polite professional and helpful. Amber is very knowledgeable with her position. Dr. McCalla is a wonderful veterinarian. She is also professional and very thorough with examining Remington. I am very well satisfied and pleased. The office and exam rooms are very clean! How refreshing to have a vet practice that provides excellent care and service. Sharon was so helpful in finding a time for my dog to be seen. It was not an emergency but it was important to us that he be seen as soon as possible. Kiersten, the Vet Tech was so gentle and clearly loves dogs. While we had not met Dr. Walker before, we were pleased with her thorough examination and diagnosis. We have always had an excellent experience with each of the Vets, Vet Techs, and the front desk staff. We know our dog is in good hands!
