Wonderful. I have shih tzu litter sisters. 7 yrs old. Well now the girls are 9 yrs old. Sheri does a wonderful job. Love how they smell and they are always styling. Best groomer ever.

My little Haven was so handsome and smelled so good after his grooming. Getting some great compliments when on our walks. .

This place is awesome! They did a great job with Oswald. His last grooming experience was terrible, so I was concerned about how he would behave. The ladies treated him like a prince and groomed him perfectly!

K-9 cuts just did a great job on our Shih Tzu mix dog who is 12 and little finicky about getting groomed. They were pleasant, professional and fairly priced. Great to have them for our dog!

I've been taking my Havenese and Schnoodle for about 8 months to K9 Kuts. I was very pleased until this last visit. When I picked them up all seemed well and no one mentioned any events to me. Later that day and the following day, my Schnoodle seemed to be scratching and licking excessively. So I called and asked if they changed shampoos as maybe she was allergic to what they were using. They said nothing changed and if I brought her in they would use a non allergic shampoo. That evening I found a cut on my dog. She appeared to be nipped by the razor. Ok accidents happen, however, I was VERY UPSET that nothing was mentioned when I picked the dogs up or when I called. I then called to tell them I would not be bringing her in for the shampoo and that I found the cut. The response I received
