The Vets and entire staff at the clinic are smart, kind caring and compassionate. I entrust them whole hartedly with our animals. The vets are always willing to talk to you and listen to you and your concerns. Waterville Veterinary Clinic keep our dogs and cats happy and healthy. I love the sunrise appointments. Ellie our English Mastiff baby was just spayed and she was completely unfazed. As you can see enjoying her collection of toys. This is because of the skill of the Veterinarian and Veterinary Techs.

Just wanted to thank everyone at this clinic for their condolences towards the recent passing of my corso Zeus. This truly is the best veterinary clinic I've been to in all my years as an animal owner. Thank you for your compassion, care, knowledge & professionalism not only towards my current dogs but all the other's you service in your clinic. Dr. Dan Gilchrist has completely restored my faith in Veterinarians. I had an semi-emergency (plum sized abscessed anal gland) with my very healthy 17 year old cat a couple of days before Christmas and was turned away by 3 other vets. He was empathetic, efficient and not pushy with the extras like so many other doctor's are. He called to check on her Christmas evening and checked her again in-office 2 more times to make sure she was healing properly (nasty healing process). I didn't even mind driving from Whitesboro to Waterville in the worst snowstorm ever to see him! Lovely experience and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The waiting room was relatively empty/calm. There were quite a few cashiers ready to check us in and cash out for easy departure. Dr. Culbertson was her knowledgeable, professional and kind self as always. She took the time to make my dog feel comfortable before her through examination. As always, I feel my dog received the best care possible at Waterville Vet Clinic 🐾

My dog Rose has extreme anxiety. She has only ever been seen by Dan. He is amazing in dealing with her. Was told by 2 different vet clinics that we should ‘put her down’. Someone recommended Waterville Vet and I couldn’t be happier and thankful! Dan and staff are amazing!!
