Very pleased with steps I ordered for my English golden retriever. These steps were a game changer for me at the lake by allowing Ellie to come and go as she pleased. I dropped one of the quick connect pins in the water and it was easy to get a replacement on website.
WORST customer service ever. The steps are junk. Both my Rottweilers were injured using them. Holes in the steps nails get stuck. Steps are not wide a bough for big dogs despite them stating they can handle a 130lb dog. I used the steps twice and they REFUSE to accept a return even for a partial refund. Customer service was nasty and unprofessional as well. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
This is a dog saver unbelievably nice never touches the pool liner my dog weighs 90 lb and it's absolutely wonderful, Noble beast this person hasn't a clue like I said my dog is 90 lb,your dogs apparently don't belong in the pool
