Very rude staff, Wasson Memorial Veterinary Clinic is THE WORST Veterinary clinic i have ever been to. Charged me 900 dollars to tell me they don't know what's wrong with my cat and sent us on our way because it was time for them to go home at the end of day. Then, when I asked for them to check him again, (because they didn't help him the first time and he was still suffering) they said they would look at him for another 700 dollar quote. Even though they didn't help him the first time, they expected me to spend 1600 dollars in total to diagnose my cat, they would not look at him again unless I signed for them to charge me. This business is money hungry and crooked, would never trust them to properly and humanely take care of animals, just dollars signs to them.

When my dog tore a ligament in his hind knee and needed TPLO surgery, it took a month for my local vet to even see us, another week to do his X-rays, and several more weeks of silence as we waited for the surgeon to look at the X-rays and schedule a surgery date. They tried to push all sorts of very expensive alternate therapies on us on top of the surgery, shamed us for not keeping him drugged up on sedatives and painkillers, and acted offended when I told them we had scheduled the surgery with another clinic--Wasson Memorial Vet Clinic. They did a great job with my feisty guy - Dr. Cannon was very thorough with the process and how to have a successful post TPLO process. My dog is now extremely active, no limping and has fully healed from his TPLO surgery and I couldn't be happier. :)
