I brought my two dogs in for nails and grooming. I was late but they still let us in it took about 2 and half hours but that was OK. The owner was very nice and friendly. Not at all rude. She said she has been doing this for 30 years and is going to retire so she is looking for new groomers. Buddy and Molly came out looking great. We were all happy.

They have groomed my morkie since I moved from Lincoln, ne since august 2019. She did a fantastic job both times…. I finally got my own clippers Soo I had been grooming my dog. However, I want to go back to her. Reasonable fees!! Fabulous service, no problem with me. Not sure about my baby! I’m sure 5 star. I will go back to her periodically. 💜🐶

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Is being on time and having good communication important? Absolutely!! But you don't have to be super rude about it, it's just not necessary! Yes I was late and my attempted calls were after my appointment time, I also said the words "I apologize" to her at least six times. No excuse but have you ever had one of those mornings? Yes it was one of those! My review is strictly based on her (Kimberly - the owner) attitude when I arrived. Her body language told me "F-U", she was short, condescending, rude, belittling and patronizing. She told me that I lost my appointment time (ok, valid), that I was rude and she wouldn't do business with me and I could not reschedule if at my first appointment I couldn't be on time or have the decency to call and then a few c

I'm having a difficult time reviewing my experience... I'd read the previous reviews prior to calling in, but I try to formulate my own opinions... The call went as described, with the owner sounding very curt, which people often confuse with rude. I'd asked to make a same day appointment as I was passing through town and my tiny poodle was in desperate need of a haircut. Desperate. The owner obliged and I drove in. In a 30ft RV. WITH a trailer. I recommend you do not. The driveway is narrow and there's no where to turn around in a vehicle that size. Immediately, I was "greeted" by what I believe to be her son. Immediately, I was already turned off by his demeanor, as he told me I had to move my rv right as I'd parked. The facilities are dirty. Really dirty. I almost just turned around

Do not trust anyone else with your furry babies! Kimberly is the best, shoot from the hip, no BS kind of lady With a patriotic spirit and good downhome values and respect. We love you! Very knowledgeable!
