I made a scheduled appointment for my 53 lb poodle. She has been groomers her for at least 3 years now. When arrived at the appointment the owner opened the door and told me she no longer could groom large dogs. When I asked why she did not tell me weeks ago she made several excuses and told me she does not keep files on her clients or dogs or pictures. " She had thought about it this morning and couldn't remember for sure who my dog was" Then I asked why she didn't text me, to verify. I told her all it takes is communication.She has very poor communication and business practices. She was very unsympathetic and closed the door.

Ive been coming to Angel for a year now and I've been satisfied every time! She takes extreme care of each and every pup and is always ready to listen to what you want. I've taken my sweet boy Bernard to 3 groomers before and none of them have ever compared to the love and care from Angel. I will forever recommend Angel!! ❤️🌹

Washing Tails is awesome place for having your dogs groomed. She doesn't take several at a time and kennel them, she let's them get familiar with the facility on their first visit so they are comfortable. She does a good job grooming and is gentle with the dogs. I would recommend Washing Tails to anyone needing a dog groomer.

Angel is really good at grooming and is sweet to people and dogs! I respect if she ever needs to reschedule she’s a busy woman lol!!

Probably the best groomer I've met. Angel is nice, kind, incredible, and very talented. My dogs really like her too. They don't wince, whine, struggle, or recoil when I take them there for their appointments. That means that Angel treats them with love, respect, and kindness. For reference, I have an Australian Shepherd, a Dachshund, and a Cockapoo.
