I can not express enough how thankful i am for the entire staff from the doctors to the front desk. the compassion they have is comforting and it goes such a long way. I just lost my 15 year old and very special kitty after being diagnosed with kidney disease. they gave us options and tried everything they could to help our girl and I couldnt be more appreciative of that. this is my new vet for all my other pets. they truly adored my Funyuns and I could see that every step of the way. I absolutely recommend warwick animal hospital. I appreciate them for everything theyve done for us and Funyuns, they truly went above and beyond and made her transition to the rainbow bridge peaceful. thank you for everything. Hands down, the best veterinary experience I've every had. I've waited until after my pups surgery to make sure that the standard of care continued beyond just an initial visits. We had a hiccup with the billing/pricing at the beginning and Eli, the manager, was incredibly responsive, and took full responsibility for the mistake one of his staff members made. This, without any insistence from me. It is rare that a business takes this approach these days. Most will shuffle the blame, so it speaks volumes to the way the business is run. My pups surgery involved a spay and gastropexy for a 3 year old Cane Corse, weighing about 115 lbs. Large dogs do require extra care and consideration- especially for a 4 hour surgery! This animal hospital is the most kind and compassionate animal hospital I have been to in my over 30 years of being a pet parent. The way they answer the phone and their kind words even when things are probably busy my pets and myself are treated with respect and dignity. Dr. Mo Beck is amazing, compassionate and helped my guinea pig Eve when I really needed it. I was so impressed that our lizard and chihuahua Savannah are going to be new patients. Excellent experience with Dr Karcher, felt heard with all my concerns. I am extremely happy to have switched to this vet, I wish I had sooner. They cared about the comfortability of my anxious dog which is greatly appreciated.
