Let’s be real, nobody likes bringing their pet to an emergency clinic. That being said, from the moment we entered (twice) to the time that we left, people were warm and friendly, obviously caring. They were knowledgeable and patient. They reduced our stress along with our cat Bob stress. The entire staff projected an air of confidence and caring about their profession and the individuals they treat. The clinic was clean and well organized. They provided us with education needed about Bobs Diabetes diagnosis. I would highly recommend this place without hesitation to anyone who’s worried about their beloved pet.

I made an appointment on-line in the early morning hours of a Sunday, and was able to be seen by noon. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, and the facilities are immaculate. They quickly diagnosed and treated my dog who had an ugly ear infection. The cost was only slightly higher than I would have paid at my primary veterinarian. I highly recommend the Warwick PetMedic Urgent Care Vet Clinic.

Pet medic is honestly one of the best places I have brought my dog to. He was limping suddenly and I was able to make an appointment within 30 minutes. They were able to assess him and treat him within 45 minutes and we were on our way home with pain meds. We will definitely return if needed. Hopefully we won't need to though. Thank you for everything you did for my Charlie!!!

I called around 11 AM on a Saturday afternoon with GI concerns for my middle-aged mixed breed dog. They had us come in at 12PM, got my dog right on the scale with no wait. We went back to a room, saw a tech within 5 minutes, and Dr Jackson within 10 minutes from my conversation with the tech. They let me handle my nervous pup during the exam and listened to all my concerns and took her medical history into careful consideration. Hands down the best experience I have had at a Vet Urgent Care/ER. From booking the appointment to treatment plans to price, I was so pleased. Highly recommend!

My senior pup had an issue with his 3rd eyelid of his left eye. I was frightened that it was the start of cherry eye. I scheduled a same day appointment via their website and filled out a form. When we arrived at the clinic, we were taken into a room right away. The vet tech we had was so kind, friendly and welcoming. I'm severely hearing impaired and she was absolutely amazing with making sure I could see her mouth as she formed the words and she spoke loudly and clearly, making sure I understood what she was saying or asking. She took my boy to the back to be seen by the vet and have the dye test done to check for injuries. After the vet checked him over and made her diagnosis, she came in the room to let me know it was most likely just an infection and she was putting him on eye drops.
